2022 Kenneth G. Standard Diversity Internship Reception

The NYSBA Corporate Counsel Section’s Kenneth G. Standard (KGS) Internship Program focuses on identifying and supporting in-house internship opportunities for law students from a diverse range of backgrounds. The program is named in honor of former Association president, Kenneth Standard, and his commitment to initiatives aimed at increasing diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.

The goal of the Program is to provide law students attending a NYS accredited law school and from a diverse range of backgrounds with experience of in-house legal practice.

This year we celebrate the awarded interns and thank participating host companies and organizations including Access Now; Celonis Inc.; Disability Rights New York, Hercules Pharmaceuticals; PepsiCo, Inc.; TakeRoot Justice; Unilever; and VNS Health. 

Registration is required. Visitors must be fully vaccinated (boosted, if eligible) and complete a self-reporting vaccine verification form and a COVID-19 screening form in advance.
