Breaking Barriers: Advancing DEI & Belonging in the Legal World
This program provides a comprehensive overview of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) in the modern legal profession and society at large. Participants will explore current trends and statistics within the profession, gaining a deep understanding of DEIB and highlighting how these concepts shape our workplaces and everyday interactions. Additionally, we will identify key obstacles to creating a more inclusive culture and address strategies for overcoming these barriers in today’s rapidly evolving landscape.
