Diane O’Connell is an author, speaker, coach, workplace culture reinvention strategist, attorney and mediator. After being diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Diane left the practice of law to focus on helping businesses create measurable success, reduce risk and improve profitability with a workplace culture of well-being that works. She practiced law for over 18 years, focused on international business development risk management, negotiations and commercial mediation and has a commercial and practical approach to workplace well-being generates results for businesses while making employees more productive and happy.

She is an advocate for mental wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and has written articles on these topics.
