Evening at Thurgood Marshall Courthouse With the 2nd Circuit 2024

The NYSBA Commercial & Federal Litigation Section invites its members, the Young Lawyers Section and others, including younger members of the New York Bar to meet the Judges of the Second Circuit on the evening before its Annual Meeting. 

Hon. Debra Ann Livingston, Chief Judge of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, will welcome attendees to the event, and Hon. P. Kevin Castel of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York will share some personal reflections on the Thurgood Marshall Courthouse. Historians for the Second Circuit also will give tours of the Court’s beautiful ceremonial courtroom and other locations.    

Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served and there will be tours of the courthouse.
