How to Succeed as In-House Counsel_675

Senior in-house counsel and major U.S. companies will join us to discuss how they succeed in their roles. Their insights are equally important for outside counsel who represent companies with GCs and CLOs and those who are thinking of going in-house. Led by a moderator, the panelists will discuss: how to think and communicate like a business executive; getting the job done well, rather than perfectly; making recommendations to the C-Suite; keeping it practical; managing outside counsel; knowing your industry and company; why EQ is more important than IQ; and building your in-house team and outside network of professionals. Join us after for an hour of refreshments and networking with the panelists.

At this roundtable discussion, our in-house counsel panelists will discuss issues affecting all outside counsel including:

  • what in-house counsel desire from their outside counsel;
  • the importance of fostering and leading an in-house team; and
  • why building a network of trusted professionals is even more important for in-house counsel.

A networking reception will immediately follow the program.
