Explore the six pillars of wellness and how each pillar can support your experience in law school as well as throughout your legal career. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how to support their mental health and wellness as well as have an opportunity to practice hands-on skills that they can use in school, in the workplace and at home. Participants will leave feeling inspired and ready to take charge of their personal wellness.
