Meeting the Challenges of New York’s Energy Future,
A Discussion with Key Sectors of the New Energy Economy
The Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act sets forth in law New York’s commitment to a clean energy future. Meeting these challenges requires development, construction, and implementation of a series of clean energy technologies including wind power, solar power and battery energy storage systems. The event will discuss the progress on meeting the state’s energy commitment, and the legal, policy, the practical challenges of an energy system in transformation, and issues associated with energy and environmental law as the transition continues.
This Annual Luncheon Event will be held at the NYSBA Headquarters at 1 Elk Street, Albany, New York.
The event is open to the public, is free of charge, and requires registration to attend.
