We’ve arranged for a special group rate for event attendees at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf. Be sure to book early to take advantage of this exclusive offer. The special rate is available until Wednesday, June 10, 2026 or until the block of rooms is filled.

Room rate includes a destination fee of $35 per room per night.  This fee covers several amenities, including: $25 food and beverage credit at Waterline Restaurant, A La Carte (in room dining), daily enhanced internet, 2 adventure pass Blue Bike tickets per stay (must have an account to redeem), 2 Revolutionary Spaces tickets per stay, 2 Freedom Trial tickets per stay.  Food credit is per day and cannot be accumulated for multi-day stays.  Excludes gift shop.  Any unused portion has no value upon checkout.

The cancelation policy is as follows:

Cancellations received more than 14 days from the scheduled event date-100% refund

Cancellations received between 5-13 days from the scheduled event date-50% refund

Cancellations received less than 5 days before the scheduled event date-No refund

The conference registration fee covers daily breakfast, Thursday evening reception and dinner, the optional Duck Boat Tour on Friday, Friday evening reception, coffee breaks, and all CLE programming.
