Rather than arbitrators and arbitration providers telling users what to expect, this program will turn the tables and provide users with a forum to tell arbitrators and an arbitration provider Vice President what they want and don’t want in their arbitrations. This program will be based in part on survey results of arbitration users. Our panel includes in-house counsel, litigators, arbitrators and an arbitration provider and will cover topics ranging from arbitration costs, number of arbitrators, time to trial, dispositive motions, discovery, pre- and post-trial filings, evidentiary hearings and awards.
