The Habits of Highly Effective Dispute Resolvers – Featuring the Technology Committee

Previous events in this series were an overwhelming success.

This virtual event will feature Paul Gupta and Debbie Reperowitz, the co-chairs of the Technology Committee of the NYSBA Dispute Resolution Section, as well as Jeff Zaino, Vice President, American Arbitration Association.

They will discuss two topics: 1) techniques they have used to handle complex and/or contentious ADR proceedings and 2) new AI and other tools that help to efficiently and cost-effectively manage documents in ADR matters, including paperless matters. The panel discussion will include an opportunity for Q & A. The event will also include a virtual speed networking opportunity among the attendees and speakers.
