The Habits Of Highly Effective Dispute Resolvers – March 2022

The Habits of Highly Effective Dispute Resolvers_675

The first two events in this series were an overwhelming success. Our third event will highlight the Mediation Committee of the Dispute Resolution Section and will feature Krista Gottlieb, Adam Halper, and Chris McDonald who will discuss habits and practices to which they attribute their success in developing prospering ADR practices within their fields of practice. The panel discussion which will be moderated by Bart Eagle and Rachel Gupta, will include an opportunity for Q & A. The second part of the evening will include a speed networking opportunity among the attendees and speakers. Previous attendees have commented that the speed networking provided a novel and fun way to get to know other attendees. We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to hear from successful practitioners as well as to meet others across the NYSBA membership spectrum. This program will be valuable both for neutrals and for advocates, whether experienced or new to ADR.  Mediation Committee Co-Chairs are Bart Eagle and Gary Shaffer. Sponsored by the Membership Committee of the Dispute Resolution Section.
