The New York State Bar Association and the Rome Bar Association are having a virtual Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing to develop and maintain a relationship based on mutual respect and co-operation and enhance the honor of the law and the profession of law. The MOU signing will be followed by a webinar on the reform of the Italian Civil Justice System and its lex arbitri with a special keynote address from the Hon. Charles N. Brower, Judge of the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal, Judge ad hoc at the International Court of Justice, and International Arbitrator
