NY Bar Association Backs Legalizing Recreational-Use Marijuana

The New York Law Journal reported on NYSBA’s support for legalizing recreational marijuana.

At the association’s annual meeting, the House of Delegates voted to accept a report by the bar’s cannabis law committee recommending the expansion of the state’s current market to include recreational use.
