An International and Domestic Arbitration Roundtable

This program provides the recent revision to the ICDR International Dispute Resolution Procedures and will discuss specific provisions and issues to consider when applying the ICDR’s International Arbitration Rules or the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules in an international arbitration.
