The topics covered are geared toward the upstate practitioner.

Experienced practitioners will provide a foundational understanding of the major issues confronted in an elder law and special needs practice. Designed as a basics course, the program will cover the fundamentals of document drafting, Medicare and Medicaid eligibility, and special needs issues. You will gain a basic foundation in elder law and special needs practice preparing them for intermediate and advanced-level programs and sustaining their growth as elder law and special needs practitioners.
