Arbitration and court-based litigation are inherently different, calling for different approaches by litigators in representing clients. This program will focus on how best to represent clients in arbitration, keying in on how to harness the distinctive advantages and opportunities of contemporary arbitration. Designed for the experienced litigator who has not had much training or experience in arbitration, this program will highlight with specificity the respects in which one needs to proceed differently in representing clients in arbitration versus in court-based litigation.
