The recent suit filed by Scarlett Johansson against Disney accusing Disney of interference with her contract with Marvel, with a focus on her loss of Net Profit participation from a theatrical release, raises interesting questions regarding the interaction of the streaming business with the theatrical business, in the face of Covid-19.
