This program will present a practical “nuts and bolts” approach to New York’s judicial commercial mortgage foreclosure process. The program will cover pre-foreclosure initial steps, steps for the lender, judicial foreclosure and court appointed officials, the foreclosure sale and post-sale issues, mortgage foreclosure from the Defendant's perspective, bankruptcy matters, mortgage loan workouts, and confronting potential ethical concerns or challenges.
