Construction Insurance 2.0

This program focuses on several project specific policies, including owner's interest policies, owner/general contractor policies, and wrap-up policies, including the pros and cons of each. Certificates of Insurance and aspects of the New York State Labor Law will also be covered, including: owner responsibility, leading cost drivers in New York State, financial exposure to owners and developers, review of policies for coverage and exclusions, and hold harmless agreements.
