COVID-19 Pro Bono Volunteer Training: Navigating Estates & Surrogate’s Court

Topics include the client engagement process, death certificates and burial issues, remote notarization, access petitions, the virtual client meeting, small estate proceedings, administration proceedings, and probate proceedings. Volunteer attorneys will be eligible to receive client referrals after completion of the training.
