NYSBA’s Technology and the Legal Profession Committee issued a Report with “Key Takeaways” from the Cybersecurity Thought Leadership Conference it held on October 29, 2019. The Report is intended to provide concise, practical, and understandable cybersecurity resources to NYSBA members.

In light of the favorable response to the Report, the Committee presented a five-part webinar series based on the five sections of the Report. Members of the Committee and other experienced practitioners will discuss the guidance in the Report on critical topics affecting lawyers. This programs topics is on Cybersecurity and Corporate Disclosures.
