The last couple years have brought disruptions of all kinds, and one digital disrupter of the moment are NFTs—non-fungible tokens. Just what are NFTs, and how are they changing traditional markets while continuing to innovate in the digital world? This program will provide an in-depth overview of NFTs to assist IP practitioners navigate and shape the changing landscape.

On the diversity and inclusion front, DE&I initiatives are striving to make an impact across a wide range of industries, including the legal profession. How have leaders in traditionally less diverse industries faced challenges and found ways to drive diversity and inclusion?
