This practical skills program is designed for all Family Court practitioners, whether newly admitted or experienced, seeking a fundamental and practical overview of handling support, custody and family offense proceedings in Family Court.  The program will also address diversity in parental relationships and its impact on family law including the changing legal landscape of parental rights in custody matters.
