Finding the Silver Lining of the Pandemic

Finding the Silver Lining of the Pandemic

Finding the Silver Lining_675

During the pandemic, we learned a new normal as our traditional means of doing business, going to work, and running our daily errands changed. The public and private sectors were forced to pivot and make modifications in some fashion. Such innovation and collaboration during a once in 100 years worldwide pandemic changed the workplace and society. This program focuses on the innovation and changes that have been positive outcomes for our society, our clients, and/or the practice of law from the perspective of open government, alternative dispute resolution, and employment law, as well as ethical considerations.
