Handling Law Enforcement Investigations as Corporate Counsel
Learn the duties and responsibilities of corporate counsel when responding to criminal or other illegal conduct by a corporation and its members. The experienced faculty will discuss examples of the most common contact law enforcement has with corporations and how to handle those situations including proactive internal investigations and internal investigations running contemporaneously, or in response to, an ongoing law enforcement investigation.
