This program you will hear about the variety of legal and related business issues associated with intellectual property protection and the practice. Legal experts and corporate counsel will come together to talk about how they are “virtually” enforcing their intellectual property against infringement and counterfeiting; how companies are “pivoting” to maintain and/or increase brand value and/or market share; what steps are attorneys taking to make sure they are complying with their ethical obligations to clients and the security of their communications and meetings; and up to date global strategies for maintaining and securing your intellectual property portfolio.
