Justice Denied, Justice Delayed
If legal redress or equitable relief to an injured party is available, but is not forthcoming in a timely fashion, is it effectively the same as having no remedy at all? With the pandemic, many litigants we affected when courts had to reimagine how to continue to address these needs. As legal services providers, we all had to change how we delivered our services. The pandemic has heightened the reality of inequality and injustice. What did we do right? What could we have done better?
