Key Issues Facing Servicemembers: A Discussion with NY JAG Corps

The New York State Bar Association Committee on Veterans will be speaking with the 4th and 7th Legal Operations Detachments of the USAR Legal Command about certain key issues facing servicemembers today. The speakers discuss USERRA, Veterans benefits, trust and estates matters, and family law, with a focus on the applicability of such laws and specific considerations in addressing the needs of military members.
