Superfund/Brownfield Program Update 2022
The Environmental & Energy Law Section will present a timely conference on the New York State Brownfield and federal Superfund programs. The faculty of governmental officials, attorneys and consultants will review recent developments in both programs, including the 2022 amendments to the Brownfield Cleanup Program and proposed changes to Part 375 of NYSDEC’s regulations.
The keynote speaker, Julie Tighe, President of the New York League of Conservation Voters and the NYLCV Education Fund, shares her insights on “The 2022 Election Results: What They Mean for New York’s Environmental Agenda”.
