- Mock demonstration with attorney witnesses and client; Status of Executive Orders and proposed legislation; potential pitfalls in due execution- strict compliance, testamentary capacity and undue influence; best practices to avoid/protect against litigation; overview of recent/current litigation with remotely executed documents.
