This program will provide comprehensive updates on a wide variety of hazardous waste and site remediation issues,
on both the federal and state level. Panels will focus on key issues in federal Superfund jurisprudence and under state hazardous waste statutes. A panel discussion, including attorneys and experienced technical professionals, will explore the emerging issue of PFOA in drinking water. The program will close with a session on the challenging issue of conflicts of interest at Superfund sites.
