This program will cover the use video teleconferencing in Immigration Court proceedings, including issues around privacy and access for clients, witnesses, and the public; impact on the attorney-client relationship, particularly with regards to indigent defense; technological upgrade challenges facing small offices; and evidentiary issues, especially at the intersection of immigration and criminal law.
