Wetlands Regulation Update
The program will cover recent major changes in wetlands law, including the US Supreme Court decision in Sackett v. EPA defining “waters of the United States,” amendments to Environmental Conservation Law Article 24 covering freshwater wetlands, regulatory developments, and methodology for delineating wetlands. Practitioners involved in real estate acquisition and development, environmental permitting, or protection of wetlands will benefit from this program.
