This program will explore the use of ADR techniques and skills to help us invent a better future and address, among other emergent topics, evictions, environmental justice, mental health issues and community disputes- can we all do better?
Key Highlights and Takeaways
ADR professionals and techniques have already changed court systems and private justice- can we do more to contribute to the crises we all face? We will build on our ethics works to find new uses for our listening, negotiating and resolution techniques.
