Please join us for the first CLE program and networking event presented by the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section’s new Commercial Insurance Disputes Committee. This program is free for NYSBA members.

We’re kicking off the statewide committee’s formal event schedule with a CLE panel presentation by expert insurance practitioners from Buffalo and New York City followed by a networking reception.

The CLE presentation will examine recent case law on critical issues that commonly arise in commercial coverage disputes in New York, including choice of law analysis, priority of coverage among primary and excess policies, and the effect of “other insurance” clauses on priority of coverage.
