The Finger Lakes Daily News reported that NYSBA is backing marijuana legalization. The New York State Bar Association is backing marijuana legalization. The Associated Press reports the NYSBA also supports its Cannabis Law committee’s report that calls for any law to include marketing guidelines, opt-outs for municipalities, and envronmental protections.
