On March 10, 2020, Senator Amy Klobuchar, joined by Senator Richard Blumenthal and Senator Cory Booker, introduced the ‘‘Anticompetitive Exclusionary Conduct Prevention Act of 2020’’ (AECPA).  Fueled by concerns over "Big Tech" and the perceived deficiencies of Section 2 doctrine and enforcement, this bill proposes dramatic changes in how the antitrust laws deal with firms that have market power.  In this CLE program, an expert panel of leading academics and practitioners will address the provisions of AECPA, its scope, its practical details, and its potential for dramatically altering the landscape of antitrust.
