Panel discussion of biases that members of the Muslim, Orthodox Jewish and Hindu communities have encountered, and religious beliefs or cultural practices that lawyers and judges who are not members of the community might misconstrue or have a bias against. Discussion will include how courts have approached custody disputes and religious upbringing clauses. The panel will be moderated by Hon.
