Presented by the Cartel and Criminal Practice Committee of the Antitrust Section, this program will address how criminal antitrust investigations have been impacted by the pandemic. Our panel, which will include both Andre Geverola (the DOJ Antitrust Division’s Director of Criminal Litigation) and leading defense practitioners, will discuss how both defense attorneys and prosecutors have adjusted to the challenges presented by the COVID-19 situation, including issues such as conducting grand jury presentations, proffers and internal investigations.
