Criminal Justice Summer Meeting: Court of Appeals & Search and Seizure Update
Senior Associate Judge of the Court of Appeals the Hon. Jenny Rivera along with Robert J. Masters and Daniel N. Arshack will review recent Court of Appeals decisions impacting on the practice of criminal law. Renowned Fourth Amendment scholar Hon. Barry Kamins will follow with a review of recent appellate decisions on search and seizure. This program is a must for both prosecutors, defense attorneys and anyone else who has interest in learning about and understanding the impact of many of the most recent appellate cases in these areas of criminal law.
