Fostering a Culture of Belonging

This program will be an interactive session looking at how we can lead inclusively and build diverse teams. This program will explore how we can better include the different skills, thoughts and experience that individuals can bring to a team. Further topics that will be discussed are: 

• Creating psychological safety and its impact on performance
• Recognizing and leveraging diversity within our teams
• Power of identity, building connections and steps to increasing belonging
• Cultural awareness and aligning individual goals and values with team values and identity
