Governance, Cybersecurity and Risk: Regulator and Board Perspectives

Governance, Cybersecurity and Risk: Regulator and Board Perspectives

Governance, Cybersecurity and Risk_675

Governance around data, cybersecurity and privacy has come under increased scrutiny for regulators and boards of directors. Through regulations and enforcement actions, the regulators have made it clear that C-Suites and Boards must have a comprehensive understanding of the risks and the roadmap to address such risks.  Disclosures of such risks have also come under increased scrutiny, as companies seek to find the right path to escalate and publicly disclose incidents.  The panel will address the expectations of regulators, C-Suites and Boards and best practices for addressing the growing data and cyber risks.
