Legal Writing from a Federal Judge’s Perspective (Webinar)
The presentation draws from a recently published book by Judge Bob Bacharach of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, entitled "Legal Writing: A Judge's Perspective on the Science and Rhetoric of the Written Word." In this presentation, Judge Bacharach presents ideas on how to enhance the clarity of one's legal writing, drawing on lessons from psycholinguistics, oratory, and advocacy.
