Mitigating Charges: Forced Criminality in Human Trafficking
In collaboration with the Brooklyn Human Trafficking Task Force, this training will cover what forced criminality is, how it shows up in human trafficking cases, and how to identify elements of forced criminality when defending clients who may have been exploited. This training will include real case examples, a panel of experts, and a brief Q&A.
