Sponsored by the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section, and the Dispute Resolution Section.

Join the EASL ADR Committee and the Dispute Resolution Section for this interactive online CLE program and learn how negotiation techniques can help counsel guide clients in working through deals and disputes. Simeon H. Baum, Esq., President, Resolve Mediation Services, Inc. (www.mediators.com) will engage the participants in discussion, exercises, and reflection on how negotiation techniques can help counsel give greatest value to our clients in working through deals and disputes. The program will be moderated by EASL ADR Committee Chair Judith B. Prowda, Esq.

Geared towards entertainment, arts and sports law practitioners, this CLE program will include networking among participants and panelists in a pre-meeting — meaning all participants are encouraged to use their webcam and join the video gallery during the program.

While audio conference participation is permitted, why not join the fun, be “seen” and bring your lunch. Meet your colleagues and get to know other practitioners and colleagues in the field, all while earning CLE credit.

Participants and presenters will engage in this lively zoom program “gallery” style meeting. The zoom line will be open early. Following the CLE portion of the program, participants are also encouraged to join in a post-program discussion and schmooze session. In addition to earning CLE credit, the program planners hope to build collegiality. Get to know your colleagues in the field.

Seating is limited for this special program. Register early and build your connections with a moderated CLE and networking session. Those new to the field are especially encouraged to attend.

Be “seen” and bring your lunch!
