Emergency arbitration is a process that allows parties to seek interim relief from an arbitrator before the constitution of a panel. This program will highlight how to make such applications under the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules (R-38); an overview of how emergency arbitration has been used in practice; and considerations for hearings and enforcement.
