Professional Conduct Ethics Rules in a Nutshell and Grievance Practices and Procedures – Fall 2022
This live virtual program will answer questions frequently asked about attorney grievance procedures. It will also address conflicts of interest and the devastating effects violation of the rules can have on your practice. We will also explore common areas where attorneys find themselves with a complaint from the Committee such as incompetency, sexual relations with clients and briefly touch on escrow accounts.
Program Chair and Lecturer: Scott W. Bush, Esq., Corrigan, McCoy & Bush, PLLC.
Please note: Ethics or Skills credits do not qualify in a live video replay for newly admitted attorneys.
