Join us for an upcoming event to explore the applications of artificial intelligence in mediation. Topics include the use of artificial intelligence in education, preparation, evaluative processes, risk analysis, and impasse-breaking in mediation, along with live demos of examples of ways artificial intelligence can support mediators in their work. Panelists will discuss challenges with integrating AI in mediation and addressing ethical considerations, professional responsibility, cybersecurity, intellectual property, bias, and equity.

Organized by the Dispute Resolution Section's Mediation and Technology Committees. This is a hybrid meeting, you may attend in person or virtually. The program is followed by a networking reception.
