Stolen Valor
Stolen valor is a term for individuals who lie about their military service whether one has served or not. The Stolen Valor Act of 2013 makes it a crime for someone to claim they received certain medals in order to obtain money, property, or some other benefit. If you are working with Veterans or practicing Military Law, this program will help you understand the actions that have legal ramifications and how to handle these matters for your client.
