and the Hon. Judith S. Kaye Commercial & Federal Litigation Scholarships

This program will showcase methods of creating compelling opening and closing statements and direct and cross-examinations of witnesses through a re-enactment of an actual civil trial by  commercial litigators, and critiqued by prominent members of the judiciary. 

There will also be a ceremony for the presentation of the Hon. Shira A. Scheindlin Award for Excellence in the Courtroom, and the Hon. Judith S. Kaye Commercial and Federal Litigation Scholarship. The program and awards ceremony will be followed by a reception.
